EV series multi-function precision Video Measurement Machine (NC model) has powerful functions and the highest ratio between price and performance.

The EV series of vision systems adopt precision multi-magnification, ultra low-distortion and high resolution telecentric zoom lens that developed by our company, equipping with DSP 1/2 ± CCD multicolor video system that we designed for optical measurements, so that the surface veins of workpiece can be displayed very clearly and distinctly, the hiberarchy of profile is distinguishable, and can be precisely enlarged 20~125 times for precision measurements.

This Video Measuring System has easy-using SPC statistical analysis software which enable user to scientifically analyze the manufacturing process so that find out the error trend during the process easily and the problem of working procedure. All the measuring results can be transformed to office software, such as EXCEL, WORD and so on, make it easy for customer to save, edit quality inspection report or make further handling.

Renishaw high precision contact probe (included)
EV series is equipped with Renishaw high precision contact probe for 2D & 3D compound measure, which make EV series a simple three dimensional measuring equipment that has the three dimensional measuring function.
Our measuring software supply many kinds of 3D measuring function, including height of Z axis, sphere, slope, column, and cone etc. 3D measurement of probe can combine with 2D video measurement; use the same coordinate system to ensure the 2D plane measurement combining with 3D measurement perfectly and easily.

High resolution telecentric zoom lens
Lens plays very important role in video measurement. Telecentric Lens is most applicable for video measurement, for the most workpieces in practice are not an ideal plane and the surface is rough and rugged. If using normal non-telecentric lens to catch the image, the dimension and location of the workpiece will alternate with going up and coming down of object, consequently the measuring error will increase. All the EV series comes with TC series telecentric ultra low distortion, precise multi-magnification zoom lens. Even if the lens have to go up or come down with the movement of the surface of workpiece, the object's dimension doesn't change, so as to ensures the precision of measurement.
